1. Your name must be clearly marked on both sides of the sheet with the topic or test name clearly marked.
2. Reference sheets must be your own work. You may work cooperatively with others but the sheet you submit must be prepared by you. (Hand written, no photocopies, no typing)
3. For topic tests you can use one sheet of plain A4 paper, you can use both sides.
4. For semester tests you can use past reference sheets and other resources to compile two double sided A4 reference sheets.
5. Your reference sheets are to be submitted when you do the test.
6. You are encouraged to use colour
7. Your writing must be legible.
8. Contents may/should include things such as

a) Definitions

b) Formulas

c) Worked examples

d) Diagrams
