Wellbeing
We have compiled some useful resources to assist students, parents and carers navigate the changes in our home lives. We hope that these wonderful resources can assist us in maintaining a positive and healthy social, emotional and mental well being. Perhaps the biggest single message we can be sending is that this is a marathon, not a sprint. We need to help people accept that the world is going to be different for a little while and we all have to let some things go in order to ride that wave – but in that same context, it does have an end on the horizon and things WILL settle back down.
