Stride provides a space specifically chosen to provide a safe, welcoming and supportive environment for people experiencing suicidality that is an effective and accessible alternative to the local hospital emergency department. Individuals can access support from peer workers in a non clinical environment. You can remain anonymous with no appointment needed and services are free.
