The spreadsheet to the left is often used by teachers to print out, laminate, and cut into cards, thus developing a set of standard descriptors for mapping to evidence. This is a simple way to select SDs which best suit your evidence and also providing a visual cue that you have covered minimum requirements with respect to the number of descriptors required.
Identify the Standard Descriptors that the evidence relates to:
Proficient Teacher: each item should be annotated against 2–4 Standard Descriptors.
Outline the context for the evidence (explain how it has been used; what, who, when, why).
Explain how you used the evidence item to demonstrate the practice described in the selected Standard Descriptors.
Describe your impact on child/student learning, including any learning achievements.
Submit annotations in your NESA Online Account (eTAMS)
