Who is the intended audience? Teachers are the audience, but with the timely topic of Vibrant Learning everyone will gain from the sessions. Everyone is welcome!

Is EILA credit available?  Yes, six hours of Effective Institutional Leadership Act (EILA) Credit available to full-day administrative participants.

When will I received my PD or EILA certificate?  Printed PD and/or EILA certificates will be distributed at the end of the day. This is different than in 2025 when we emailed certificates. Digital certificates will not be emailed in 2026.

What time does the day begin? Check in will begin at 7:30.  The opening session begins in the auditorium at 8:30 AM. Please arrive in time to check in and locate the auditorium. Our day will end at 3:30 PM

What attire is expected?- We are on a "Collage Road Tour" wear your favorite college attire! The vibe of this event is comfy/casual. It's summer!

What is the plan for lunch? - Lunch will be 1 hour on your own. Sessions will resume promptly after lunch.

Is digital access necessary? -Yes!  It's essential! Make sure to bring a laptop and charger rather than using your mobile phone which will not allow for full engagement. Charge it up and have it ready to go -plug-ins will be sparse! 

Is there an event hashtag?  - #MakeItMatterKY- Feel free to use it in anticipation of the event and especially on the "day of" to share great ideas you learn while at the event. Be sure to also tag the host location as this celebrates our hosts and identifies each leg of our event in the VLC Summer Tour.

What is the schedule for the day? -The specific schedule for each event will be release prior to the event. Use our website to access the schedule and session options and information on the day of the event.

Will the schedule and sessions be the same for each event? No, while the daily time schedule will be the same and some sessions may be presented at more than one event, each event will have unique session opportunities.
