Integrating into the Classroom
Bringing Robot World to the classroom usually means the robots are in code-mode, not playground mode. It also means the activity needs to tie into the curriculum. Below are just a few of the many ways our variety of robots can integrate into more than just the computer science standards.

Our variety of robots can be integrated into most any curriculum for any age, including:

Integration Ideas
Math - Using dice, roll to set parameters for block coding movements to build a code string. Studying probability theory? Students can create a hypothesis prior to rolling for the number of each side rolled. Learning addition? Students can add up each roll on a separate worksheet. Special dice could be constructed from paper and tape to include specific "blocks" from the robot's code if desired.
ELA -Students write a story for the robots and have the robot act out the story.
Social Studies - Using a large floor map, create codes to have the robots travel. Studying ancient Rome? The robots can follow their conquests!

Unplugged Coding - great options for expanding stations or introducing coding concepts in a low-tech way! Lessons here are geared toward elementary and middle school, but can be adapted for high school if desired.
