Announcement: Reporting of Class IX and XI to school on 21 September 2020.

Dear students,

As per the press released by the government, we will resume the normal conduct of classes in the school from 21 March 2020. Therefore, we want to make few reminders. To ensure the safety protocols are practiced all time, we request each of you to strictly follow the following practices while you come to school on Monday.

1. Reporting time to school: Students need to report school by 8.30 am. School gate will open at 7:30 am for both staff and students.

2. Pick up by Private Bus :

For pick up, the first trip will start at 7:05 am from Olathang and at 7:10 am from Satsham respectively. Second trip will start at 7:45 am from Nyamizampa and Town. The buses will ensure all students reach to school by 8.30 am.

3. Things you should bring:

- Wear Mouth-mask(compulsory)

- Bring Packed lunch (Compulsory)

- Hand sanitizer (optional)

- On 21^st September, no need to bring books (classes IX and XI). These class students will attend bridging programme and New normal school norms.

4. While coming or being in the school, you should:

- Maintain Physical Distancing (to be followed strictly)

- Everyone should make entry or exit ONLY through School Gate.

- Need to undergo thermal scanning and other necessary checkup at school gate while entering the school campus.

- follow the marked route shown with arrow while you are in the school.

- No gathering of any sort.

- No loitering in corridor, toilet, canopy and any other places both within and outside school campus.

- Hand washing after toilet during RECESS and BEFORE and AFTER Lunch. Even while entering and leaving school campus and after the conduct of any physical activities.

5. At school:

- You will study at same classroom as of February and March months.

- Coordination of Class hygiene maintenance and key should be dealt by class captain as nominated in last February and March months for each class.

- Need to listen carefully to the safety guidance and orientation if provided by any school staff.

We welcome you all for the safe return to school. We have been missing you all a lot.

Internet Data Package support to be provided by school for student.

Dear students of Shari HSS,

Shari school will support those students who are facing difficulty in accessing Google Classroom due to financial problem. Kindly let us know if you are genuinely in need of our support. You can directly send your information (Name, class, section, and mobile number) to your class teacher or message/call at 17909676. Once we receive your information we will review and provide you the net package to help you learn through Google Classroom.

Remember, this is only for those students who are genuinely in need and parents or guardian are not being able to effort.

If you also know some of your friends not having mobile and not attending any learning, do let us know. We will provide them printed notes (SIM) for self learning.

Do not feel that you all are pressurized by learning during such hard times. We as a teacher understand well of the situation and the works we provide are all for your benefit. It is important to maintain the cycle of learning as a student even during such time. So, if need of our support, feel free to contact us. Our school is ready to support you all.

Time Table for teaching through Google Classroom during the lockdown.

For the effective implementation of EiE curriculum content, the following points and Time Table

will be considered.

● For delivering the respective subject content, all the teachers will use the EiE curriculum

guidelines circulated by REC, Ministry of Education; Prioritized for Classes X & Xll,

Adapted curriculum for classes IX & XI. If the new guideline is circulated by MoE, the

school will notify all the teachers.

● Interactive sessions (including assigning tasks) through Google Classroom will happen

on weekdays (including Saturday) irrespective of Government Holidays.

● Teaching and learning through Google Classroom will happen within the time period,

9:00 AM in the morning till 5 PM in the evening (Morning session from 9:00 AM till

12:30 AM. Afternoon session from 1:30 PM till 5:00 PM)

● For classes XI and XII, only one subject will be taught in a day. Refer to the Time Table.

● For class IX and X, two subjects will be taught in a day (Morning session and Afternoon

session. Refer to the Time Table.

● On Saturday, classes IX and X will have a counselling session. The school counselor will

lead the session.

● The due date for any assignments should not exceed more than 3 days.

● The Time Table is effective from 11 August, 2020 until school reopens.
