Loselling Middle Secondary School is located in Changjiji. The school was established in 2005 to cater to the populace of Changjiji Housing Complex and its peripheral area to ease the inexorable enrollment and admission pressure borne by schools in the capital. 

His Holiness the Je-Khenpo, Trulku Jigme Choeda named the school as Loselling during the consecration on 19th September 2005.
