Every school personnel should be aware and understand what a school is for. A school management should understand the purpose of the school and accordingly develop values and attitudes that enable the school to fulfill its mission.
1. A society needs a school to educate its children. While the society sustains the school, its educational programme and overall development groom its children.
2. A school is supported by the society. The children learn skills, values and attitudes during the school life and graduate into the higher educational institutions for advance studies to become productive citizens.

The school management has to understand that the school is established for a noble purpose. It must create a system to guide its personnel towards fulfilling the objectives of the school.
Schools have vital roles to play in molding students intellectually, morally, socially and culturally. Those are the aspirations of our King, Country and its People, which we proudly refer to as the “Tsa-Wa-Sum”. Everyone in the education system must fulfill its sacred duty, as mandated by the Ministry of Education through its policy directives.
