Google workspace is a fantastic resource where you can find interactive tutorials covering all of the Google apps for education. The tutorials are offered at different levels to support you where you are at with your skills and they are self guided and responsive which enables you to learn by doing. 

For each course your complete you will be awarded a digital badge, these badges will be stored together in a digital passport, enabling you to easily check on the skills you have been developing and your next steps with each tool.
