Strengths:

·       Knowledge of our children, our nurturing approaches and warm relationships

·       High levels of engagement in learning- most children experience appropriate levels of challenge

·       Evidence of learners as leaders throughout the school

·       Strong ethos of inclusion and student rights

·       Appropriate use of formative feedback supporting learning

·       Shared vision of where the school is going and investment in this

Areas for development:

·       Treat P1/2 and Nursery as a single team to enhance our play journey moving forward

·       Plan more robust systems to help with assessment of learning and this ensuring the best possible learning for children.

·       Continue to build on the relationships that are being developed with other settings to support the quality of teaching and learning and learner experiences.
