Level !

Level !(or Level Run for your life!) in BackRooms 2D is the old version of Level ! where it was the 10KM(6MIL) long hallway with blaring alarms and red light, in Level ! on BackRooms 2D music from the scratch user KirusR is used instead of the alarm, as for most other levels. Level ! in BackRooms 2D is a "quick-time cutscene" like thing where you have to jump over hospital beds and collect energy bars on the ground to go further. Level ! can be entered by(in lore) falling through the floor in Level 2 with no explanation and you can exit by reaching the end of the hallway.
