My Year of Grace!  Grade 7 Math - What Should I Know About Grades 4-6?

Although there is no new curriculum in Grade 7-9, it is important to note that Grade 6 students will arrive with knowledge of many of the concepts in the current Grade 7 (and some 8 and 9 as well!) math program.  They will also have more exposure to certain manipulatives and new language that Grade 7 teachers will need to implement (even working in an old curriculum). This session is for grades 7-9 math teachers to learn about “what’s different, what’s the same and where to now?” Yup, another one where you have to roll up your sleeves and dive right in!
