FLOATERS

Floaters are not really "flying". The wind controls the speed and direction of the flight. Sometimes we say that floaters are "falling with style"

A glider has wings or membranes that interact with air currents.

Can be steerable... appropriate as both a glider or floater.

A power flyer uses an engine, or body energy to fly and gain altitude.
