Misinformation Is Contagious!
We developed an online game for secondary school students that teaches misinformation detection strategies and fosters epistemic norms of knowledge sharing. The game simulates information sharing decisions on a social network and uses this to model misinformation detection strategies and to simulate the social impact of sharing misinformation. The game website offers suggestions for teaching with the game and following the game.
