PISA conceptual framework as an approach for teaching and learning mathematics

The primary goal of the conference is to discuss ways in which the PISA theoretical framework and international experience with it can be considered relative to K-12 mathematics in Israel.
Discussion will highlight the following issues:
Similarities and differences between the PISA mathematics framework and other approaches, such as problem solving, inquiry, mathematical modeling.
Ways in which top PISA 5-6 levels are manifested in practice, in the content of test tasks, learning assignments and instructional practice.
International implementations and curriculum adaptations with respect to the PISA framework.
