A senior lecturer (with tenure) at the Department of Economics of the University of Haifa, Israel, I received my Ph. D. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, USA.

The use of general equilibrium theory to analyse public policy, game theory to analyse competition and social choice, and stochastic learning to analyse behavior and memory are main components of my research.

During the 2018-2019 AY I am on sabbatical, visiting the University of Colorado at Boulder in the Fall, Cowles foundation for Research in Economics at Yale University in the Spring and Sorbonne, Paris 1, in June.
