Activities

The Center’s activities include:

• Advancing actuarial research by initiating projects and responding to the actuarial needs of parties active in the Israeli economy.

• Providing resources to encourage research in the field, especially by offering grants and prizes to promising students.

• Implementing and disseminating the research results by means of scientific and other types of publications.

• Conducting symposia and international conferences.

• Instituting advanced-on-the-job-training courses for actuaries in Israel.

• Instilling actuarial topics in the consciousness of the Israeli economy.
