To do this training, you only need a deck of cards. You can do it on your own or with family members.
Have fun and do your best!
The challenge is simple. You pick an exercise of your choice and you go up and down as the song plays. Here is an example of myself doing this challenge with my girls.
It is very easy! Basically, you have to spell your name and do each exercise of the list as fast as you can. Try to exercise with a different family member name every day of this week.
An active trail is a colorful, creative and playful way for kids to stay active. It is also a quick, fun and engaging way to refocus or to have a break. Here is an example of a trail that I created with my daughters. We did it on the side of the street but it is also possible to do it in your driveway. If you want to create your own, first make sure that you live on a quiet street, second make sure that you are under a parent supervision and third you will need chalk. If you don't have chalk, you can use ropes. Have fun!

This is a fun training board game that you can play with your family.
This fun game is a mix of tennis, four square and Spikeball. You can play inside or outside.
Enjoy!
This quick training is easy to set up and fun to play. The only thing that you need is a plastic water bottle filled up at 1/3. Enjoy!
