We’re preparing rural communities to connect and thrive in a fast-moving future. As part of the CEN Network, Throckmorton Collegiate ISD's System Model for Student Success is to develop an innovative and sustainable model for breaking the generational poverty cycle through higher education and industry work-based learning opportunities while preparing students in our rural setting to lead themselves and our community to a thriving, sustainable future.
