Before attending an orientation meeting, you must first complete the registration form linked below, this is an important step and will help us assist you with all subsequent communications and procedures throughout our support process.
A college/university or personal Google account is required in order to access this form:
After you've registered
We will initiate communications via a welcome email.
Students will decide to accept or not accept our terms of service.
Group orientation sessions will be scheduled for registered students.
1:1 meetings will also be arranged only after the group orientations.
We will provide guidance throughout the entire visa application process through secure group chats and private discussions.
Orientations and Meetings
Orientation Meetings
Scheduled orientation meetings are held so that detailed information about the Schengen study visa process may be shared with larger groups of students providing information simultaneously. During this time, students will be provided with detailed instructional materials.
Attendance is taken and time-stamped automatically via Google Meet. A log is recorded upon the student's entry to each orientation and upon the student's exit from the orientation.
1:1 Meetings
One-on-one meetings are also available to assist students on a more personal basis. Only verified students who have attended a group orientation meeting will be given a link for 1:1 meetings. Availability will be limited as time moves closer to the application deadline date.

Group Orientation Meetings
Group orientation meetings will take place via Google Meet. This will be the best time for all study abroad program recipients to receive detailed information regarding their Schengen Study Visa application. This is also an excellent opportunity to submit any questions about the Schengen Study Visa via Chat. All in attendance will benefit from the materials and answers provided.
Each meeting will be recorded and a restricted shared link will be provided to all attendees. Attendance will also be time-stamped in real-time from each student's initial entry to the meeting until the point of exit from the virtual meeting space.
