"Palaming ay Laging Gising para sa Inyong mga Hiling."
PROJECT TITLE: Pahinga Ka Muna
Project Description
The main focus of this project is answering in google forms, which both online and on-site students can access. Each student is encouraged to share their thoughts, problems, reflections, or concerns anonymously at the end of each quarter.
Rationale
This project focuses on the mental health of Sophians. It helps them release all negative energy stored in their body and enables the student to express their feelings or problems. It also enhances their ability to communicate by expressing their thoughts on the form. And lastly, it boosts their emotional and physical health.
Mechanism
At the end of every quarter, there will be an announcement where all Sophians may answer by using google forms. The content of this google form is all about the students expressing the thoughts that they had throughout the whole quarter.
Although answering is not required, I strongly advise all Sophians to do so because doing so will allow their mental health to process without any unwanted thoughts. It will also give them time to think about how to manage their time.
After answering, a motivational message will wait for you at the end.
The SSG Officers will try to help by posting a positive message on the Official SSG page after reading your responses which will hopefully lift your minds.
Lastly, no matter how short it is, I hope it will help the students loosen up and take a deep breath.
PROJECT TITLE: Cheer Up!
Project Description
A K-POP Random Dance open for every Sophian to enjoy during the Foundation Week.
Rationale
Increases the student's physical strength while having fun.
Motivates everyone to dance and forget about their problems.
Can express themselves while dancing freely.
Allows the student to develop their talent and creativity in dancing a K-pop choreography.
Very enjoyable and accessible to all, especially for those who enjoy K-pop and has an interest in its choreography. Not only it improves your physical health, but also your emotional health as it enables you to think freely and worry about nothing. Just have fun and dance! #mynaevisweloveyou
Mechanism
It will happen during the Foundation Week celebration, where every student can enjoy their week but let's make it more fun by hosting a K-POP Random Dance!
The mechanics are simple. If you are familiar with the song's choreography, all you need to do is head to the event place's center to dance.
After each song, there will be a timer to help the students breathe and adjust their positions.
Don't forget to take a break! You don't need to dance in all of the songs that will be played.
Enjoy yourself and let your inner self rule! Release the power you hold, and amaze your classmates with your dance moves.
