EDMENTUM: HOW TO REMOVE POP UP BLOCKERS
Solution Details: A common issues that many products may run into is that pop-up blockers will interfere with the normal functions of the program. To ensure your product is working it's best, please ensure pop-up blockers have been turned off on your system.
Internet Explorer:
1. Click “Tools” or the gear icon at the top of the browser to the right.
2. Select “Internet Options”.
3. Click on the "Privacy" tab.
4. Uncheck the box next to "Turn on Pop up Blocker" and Click "Apply".
5. Alternatively, click "Settings", add a wildcard listed below to the textbox and hit "Add". Repeat for all wildcards.
Firefox:
1. Click the 3 horizontal lines at the top of the browser to the right.
2. Select "Options".
3. Select "Privacy & Security" from the left sidebar.
4. Scroll down to "Permissions", and uncheck the box next to "Block Pop-Up Windows".
5. Alternatively, select "Exceptions…", add a wildcard listed below to the textbox and hit "Allow". Repeat for all wildcards.

Chrome:
1. Click the 3 vertical dots at the top of the browser to the right.
2. Click "Settings".
3. Click "Advanced" at the bottom of the page to bring up more options.
4. Click "Content Settings".
5. Click "Pop-ups", and toggle the switch on the left so that it is blue and the text reads "Allowed".
6. Alternatively, add the wildcards listed below to the "Allow" section.

Safari:
1. Click Safari, then "Preferences".
2. In the pop-up window that opens, click the "Security" icon along the top.
3. Make sure the "Block pop-up windows" selection is not checked.
4. Close the Security pop-up window.
