Personal information

Family:

I have been married to my wife Melissa for 17 years. I have one son his name is Kalon. He is 13 years old and attends Edon-Northwest in 7th grade. We live in Edgerton.

Education:

I have been a physical education and health teacher at Edon-Northwest Schools for the last 18 years. I have a bachelor's degree in physical education and health education K-12. I also have a second bachelor's degree in elementary education 1st through 6th grade. I am currently working on my masters degree in safety, security and emergency management concentrating on school safety and violence prevention.

I also work as a paramedic for Williams County EMS. I have been working in EMS starting out as a basic EMT and going to paramedic school 5 years ago. I am currently the EMS chief in Edgerton.

Coaching:

I am currently the 7th grade boys basketball coach. I have been coaching basketball at different levels in Edon since starting 17 years ago. I have also coached baseball several years.
