Hello! I am Mrs. Farnham. I earned my Bachelor of Science degree from Defiance College in Early Childhood Education as well as my Master’s degree in Curriculum and Teaching from the Bowling State University. I am beginning my 24th year in the classroom. I taught second grade for my first three years at Edon Northwest Local Schools. Then the opportunity came for me to enter the Kindergarten world. My passion is to help students learn and grow both academically and socially. I love every aspect of my days at school and I am honored to help students begin on their academic path. I am also deeply devoted to my family. My husband, Andy and I have two children; Alivia and Blaine. Alivia is a senior in high school while Blaine is in the 8th grade. We spend most of our time at our lake house and at sporting events. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to work with your child!
Hello! I am Mrs. Peters. I am beginning my 12th year of teaching. Before entering the Kindergarten world, I taught preschool for four years and worked with students of multi disabilities prior to that. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and Mild Intervention from the University of Saint Francis. I then went on to attain my Master’s degree in Reading with an emphasis in Elementary Education. I truly enjoy coming to school every day and helping students learn and grow. My favorite part of teaching is connecting with the students and seeing their excitement for learning. Their joy is contagious! In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family. My husband, Matt and I have two daughters. Macie is eight years old and Rilynn is five. We enjoy camping, playing games, and being outside together. I'm looking forward to a wonderful school year with you your child!
