Four County Career Center
Student will visit Four County Career Center as 8th graders and again as sophomores. Here students will take a tour of the building and visit different labs based upon their career interests.
December 1st: Application System is open for 10th grade students
February 1st: deadline for application to be considered priority placement
March: Placement letters will be sent out

Students will have the opportunity to explore different careers and interest through the use of the 4 E's program. This program provides learning pathways towards career readiness with the following 4 E's:
Explore: field trips, guest speakers, exposure to all different kinds of career fields, educational opportunities, etc.
Working with ideas, working with data, working with things, working with people
Personality/Strengths tests during AA
Experience: job shadowing, college visits, etc.
Could be group or individually based--focused on the interest of students
Expand: make connections and make a plan for post-secondary education or job placement/vocational education
Start making a plan for the future
Earn: work and/or post secondary education in chosen career field with a definitive plan for post-graduation
WBL, CCP and all other avenues need to be decided (as much as possible)
