Mrs. Gilbert's 6th Grade Math

Hello! I am so glad you are here! I'm Mrs. Gilbert and I teach 6th Grade Math at the Edmonson County 5th/6th Center. Go Wildcats! I am a excited to teach kids every day. I believe that all kids should love learning and I want to inspire them in becoming life long learners.

I have been married for 29 years to my high school sweetheart for 29 years and have two grown children: Ryan and Brook. I just became a Nana this past spring to a set of twin boys Ricky and Thomas! If I'm not teaching Math I am enjoying time with my family.

I love going to Church, playing music, camping and fishing. I want this year to go as smoothly as possible. I know we are starting the year out in an unusual fashion, but we will work together to make it a great year of learning overcoming the adversities that come at us. Learning is life long no matter what we are going through.
