We are doing in-person visits again this year. Listen to the announcements, and watch your email and hallway TVs for info on who is visiting us, when.

- All in-person college visits will take place during Advisory, Tuesdays or Thursdays 10:10-10:30am either in the College Room in the Counseling Office or the East Lecture Hall.
- Students will need to sign in to be counted for attendance.
- If you are not able to attend, you can contact the Representative listed in the calendar event

OFF-CAMPUS VISITS
OFF-CAMPUS VISITS
Seniors and Juniors are allowed 4 excused days for off-campus college visits. Remember this is 4 DAYS, not necessarily 4 visits. If you use a day to travel, a day to visit and the next to to travel back, you've used 3 of those days. If you are planning to go to a college campus for a visit, you need to do the following to have it be an excused absence:
- Have your parent/ guardian call or email the Attendance Office either before, or the day of to let them know you will be gone on that day to visit that college.
- Bring the Attendance Office either a letter or an email from the college AFTER the visit. This does not include a pamphlet, itinerary, etc., and does not include a confirmation of a scheduled visit or a “we are looking forward to your visit”. The college may send a follow-up email or survey, or provide a letter regarding the visit ("we enjoyed having you on campus"). If they don't supply anything, the student may contact the college’s Admissions Office to fax or email the letter to us.
