How to Register

If you are struggling to register your team for Drawmastercup Or Derrick Cup then please follow the quick guide here.

Your First step is to create an account with tournament software (your BCAN account will NOT work please make a new one) 

Click the entry button and it will take you to the log in page shown below. click on SIGNUP

Once you have created your account you will be directed to the first of 4 simple steps to add your team! First step is to accept the rules of the tournament see screenshot

Once you have agreed to the tournament regulations your next step is to fill out your contact info. This is the Team Captain's info and only the team captain needs to fill out this info. You can fill out the club code section, however it is NOT mandatory. 

Once you have filled out your contact info click next and you will be directed to create your team! click on ADD TEAM

This is the screen that should pop up. fill out all the contact and team name. you can always go back into your entry later to change your team name and contact info. Pick the pool you are going to play under events. You can choose between any of the 4 pools. Keep in mind that the top pools (A and B) have a chance to win the biggest prizes but also means the competition will be tough!

Once your team details has been submitted you will be directed to add up to 6 players. THIS INCLUDES THE TEAM CAPTAIN. Team Captains must add themselves here. NOTE that it is entirely OPTIONAL to add phone numbers and emails of the players.

Here is an example of when the team players are filled out. You must have a minimum of 5 players and there is a max of 6 players per team. Once this is all filled out click Submit! very important that you click submit.

LAST STEP! this is the page to double check stuff before submitting. but dont worry you can always go back and edit.

Once you have hit submit. SUCESS! You are now registered for Drawmastercup! Team Captains MUST E transfer their entry fee of $60 to guarantee their team's place. first 30 captains that pay is our cap for this year. however this may change.
