During your time as a non-tenured teacher in Edison, you will be supported through the New Hire Induction Program.  This program consists of regular workshops over the course of four years, participation in Teacher Observing Teacher, coaching visits with your Staff Development Trainer, and as a culminating focus: Action Research.
