Welcome to the JMP PTO Website
About us
The purpose of the James Madison Primary School PTO (Parent Teacher Organization) is to enhance the child’s school experience. We have general PTO meetings once a month to discuss events, plan fundraisers to enhance all programs, and share ideas.
The PTO depends solely on membership fees & donations from its members to enrich the child’s school year. Through fundraising efforts, the JMP PTO supports the students in the following ways:
Through hosting events and activities like Fall Family Social, Trunk or Treat, and the End of Year Celebration, where families can meet the JMP staff and their classmates' families. Other events historically include the annual Thanksgiving feast, traditional cultural programs, field day, class trips, student folders, planners, year-end memory books, 2nd grade moving up ceremony, teacher and staff appreciation week, summer reading program, and much much more!
Organizing fundraiser events/programs like the Scholastic Book Fair, holiday boutique, Spiritwear sales, school dance, and the multi-day science fair enrich the learning experiences for our students while helping bring the JMP community together.
