Genesis Parent Portal
Your child's schedule and bussing information is available on Genesis Parent Portal. Bus passes should be printed at home and be in your child's backpack at all times.
Check the Parent Portal regularly throughout the school year to monitor your child's academic progress. Staff will post to the portal at least once a week.
Please keep your contact information up-to-date. We use the emails and phone numbers listed in Genesis to reach out to you. If your contact information changes, please call the Guidance Department to have your information updated: 732-452-2940 ext. 31005.

If your Herbert Hoover student experiences technical issues with his/her school issued device, please complete an Online Learning Repair Request Ticket by clicking HERE. Once you complete the ticket request, you may drop off your device to the main office.
You will be notified when the repair is complete and your device is ready for pick up.
Important Information from the Nurse
Any student who does not feel well, who is showing signs consistent with COVID, who has been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID, or who has tested positive themselves should not come to school. In these situations, keep your child home and call the school.
All 6th graders MUST submit proof of Tdap and Meningococcal Immunizations by September 1st (or as soon as the student turns 11)
Any student who needs medication administered at school must complete and submit the district Form 7
Any student who suffers from Asthma must has an Asthma Treatment plan on file
Any students interested in participating in Fall Sports MUST submit a Sports Physical by July for the District Physician to review
Physicals must be completed on District Form 14A, signed, stamped and dated
Physicals are good for 365 days. Provide documentation on district forms that physical is complete.
