Senior Design & Capstone Experience (STEM 4)

The Senior Design and Capstone Experience at the Academy allows students to use prior knowledge of the design process and drawing techniques culminating from previous courses such as hand sketching and computer aided drafting to design and solve problems related to the solution. Emphasis is placed on research, documentation and evaluation of the solution to the design problem. Students culminate all of their engineering knowledge into one final project, creating innovative solutions for prominent problems in the world, presenting their solutions to a board.
