• Level Change

• Missing Graduation Requirement

• Prerequisite Not Met

Pass/No Credit Form: Deadline October 30, 2026   Deadline February 19, 2027

• Students may take on elective course per term P/NC if they wish

• Required, Advanced Placement, and College in the Schools (CIS) classes are not eligible and may only be taken for an A-F letter grade

Grade Replacement
Students earning a D+ or lower in a required class may retake the course through an approved partner program (EHS, EHS Online, EVP Summer or NSO). When considering this option, students must work directly with their parents/guardians, teacher, and assigned counselor to understand all future impacts. When the retaken course is completed, the new grade will appear on the transcript, and the original grade will be replaced with an NG on the transcript.
