Disposition an interaction

App > Queue > Interactions > Disposition an interaction (App)

This article explains how to disposition an interaction in App.

Steps

1. From an active interaction, click the customer details tab.

2. Navigate to the dispositioning area.

3. Click into the Subject field.

4. Enter the subject matter of the interaction.

5. Open the Interaction Type menu.

6. Select the nature of the interaction from the list.

7. Open the End Result menu.

8. Select the applicable outcome of the interaction.

9. Click into the Notes field.

10. Enter your notes regarding the interaction.

11. Proceed with the interaction as necessary.
