App > Queue > Create an outbound phone call in Queue (App)

This article explains how to create an outbound phone call in Queue in App.

Steps

1. Log into the App at app.avaya.cx.

2. Open the Queue workspace.

3. Open the Queue menu.

4. Select Home.

5. Open the outbound queue menu.

6. Select the queue you want to create the interaction from.

7. Click into the Create interaction field.

8. Enter the desired phone number to call.

9. Open the interaction type menu.

10. Select Phone.

Note: The interaction will automatically start.
