App > Queue > Interactions > Accept a voicemail interaction (App)

This article explains how to accept a voicemail interaction in App.

Steps

1. Open the Queue workspace.

2. Ensure your CX Status is set to Start Receiving Interactions and your User Status is set to Available.

3. Click Accept.

4. Review the voicemail in the feed tab.

5. Click the phone icon to call the customer back.
