    • Open Dyslexic Chrome Extension: Open-Dyslexic is an open sourced font created to increase readability for readers with dyslexia. This extension overrides all fonts on web pages with the OpenDyslexic font, and formats pages to be more easily readable. When she turns the extension "on", the font will change to Open Dyslexic, which is a user friendly font for students with dyslexia.

    • Google Fonts: Students can also add Lexend to their collection of Google fonts. To do this, she needs to open a new Google Doc. Then, go up to the font box in the tool bar and click on the current font. Then, when the fonts are listed in the dropdown, look for the words "More Fonts" at the top. Click on that. When the font box opens, type the word 'Lexand' in the search box. A collection of fonts will be listed. She can click on any of them that she likes or thinks she may use, giving them a checkmark. Finally, click "ok" at the bottom. Now, she can create docs using this font, or she can take an existing doc and convert the font into a Lexend font. ** According to research, Lexend fonts are intended to reduce visual stress and so improve reading performance. Initially they were designed with dyslexia and struggling readers in mind, but Bonnie Shaver-Troup, creator of the Lexend project, soon found out that these fonts are also great for everyone else (This was copied and pasted that from their website)
