Does ETHL service my address?
ETHL services many addresses in Woodstock, Roswell, and Marietta. We have been known to travel to Kennesaw, Acworth, and Alpharetta. Please send address information, scope of work, and any pictures of property to information@edgetohedgelawncare.com (If link does not work, copy email address into your email).
How much do you charge for services?
Prices are case by case basis. ETHL does have a minimum price for different sized yards (small yards start in the $40 range), but there are many factors when pricing. Corner lots vs, street-facing, obstacles in the yard, gate clearance and terrain are just some of the factors that determine pricing. Even if ETHL services properties next to each other, they may not have identical pricing.
Do you give a cash discount?
Unfortunately, some of my competitors will offer cash discounts as a way of keeping money out of our communities and in their pocket. Remember, I am a licensed professional. This means I help pay taxes to help our communities run smoothly.
How can I pay for services? What are the terms for payment due?
ETHL accepts cash, check, Venmo (add 3%) and Zelle. Credit card processing is coming soon! Payments are expected upon completion of service. For projects over $300, 40% is required to secure materials and delivery for project.
Please send any inquiries to information@edgetohedgelawncare.com
Please have areas to be serviced cleared of obstacles (hoses, chairs, playground equipment). ETHL will not move anything over 20lbs. We will trim around anything left in the area and get as much of your property serviced as we are able.
Please leave gates unlocked. We will service what we can, but if your gate to an area is locked you will still be expected to pay for full service. If you'd like us to lock up behind service, just let us know and leave the lock in an accessible area.
Long grass (over 6 inches) will be charged more to be cut.
Please remove pet waste before scheduled service. ETHL does understand that clients miss one or two of these gifts from our furry friends or your neighbor's dog went on your property, etc. Please be aware that this mess ends up in your provider's face when they clean and service the machine. Also, diseases tend to spread through fecal matter.
