About Mrs. Wells
About Mrs. Wells
I am very excited about this school year. This is my nineteenth year teaching elementary school, and my sixth year at Merriwether. I previously taught second, third, and fourth grade in Greenville and Anderson, South Carolina. I also taught fourth grade and STEM lab in Aiken County. I graduated from Clemson University in 2002, and earned a Masters Degree from Furman University in 2006. Most recently, I completed a second Masters Degree in Reading and English for Students of Other Languages.
Outside of school I stay very busy with my son, Liam (3), and my daughter, Anistyn (4). My husband and I are both Clemson graduates so we love to cheer on the tigers! Our families live in the upstate so we visit there often.
