After receiving his bachelor's degree from Utah State University, Devin moved to Southern California to pursue his Ph.D studying Evaluation & Applied Research Methods at Claremont Graduate University. In his capacity as an external evaluator, Devin has assisted programs realizing their social mission through measuring impact and improving performance. Through influence in the fields of education, youth empowerment, rural health and others, Devin aims to improve the quality of social programming and improve the lives of as many as possible. When he isn't working with clients, Devin enjoys hiking with his wife, daughter and dog and enjoying the great outdoors.
Piper is a doctoral student in Evaluation & Applied Research Methods at Claremont Graduate University. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Wyoming and her master’s degree from CGU in Psychology, with an emphasis on research methods and data analysis. She has worked as both an internal and external evaluator, helping non-profits achieve their social outcomes. Piper enjoys using a complex-system approach to understanding social problems, promoting equity and inclusion in community change initiatives. When she isn’t working with organizations to build their capacity to engage in effective evaluations, she loves spending time outdoors with her husband and dogs.
