This form should be copied for each observation conducted.
Observations should occur at a consistent time interval and are recommended to be between 12-20 minutes.
For the student engagement and class grouping portion of the form you will need a 20 second loop countdown timer. This one online works well, there are apps that will do this, or you may purchase a Motivaider.
