Free family law information sessions for members of the public.

Legal Aid ACT is hosting free family law information sessions for members of the public.

These are in-person sessions open to anyone going through or thinking about separation.

The information sessions cover 3 topics. You can register for any of the topics. You don't need to be a Legal Aid client to attend.

The sessions are held at the Legal Aid ACT office at 2 Allsop Street, Canberra 5.30pm to 6.30pm.

community.education@legalaidact.org.au to register.

Please be aware that there is a risk you may attend an information session coincidentally at the same time as your ex-partner.

If you have a Family Violence Order against your ex-partner, or they have one against you, it may not be appropriate to attend these sessions. If you are concerned for your safety in attending these sessions in person, please email community.education@legalaidact.org.au to discuss safety planning before booking.
