It might not just be you - sometimes the whole EDU ACT network experiences technical difficulties. If possible, check the status at the DDST Website Outages

Generally, Wi-Fi issues resolve themselves. If the Chromebook has been moved to a different classroom, you may need to wait up to 5 minutes for the Chromebook to rediscover its nearest Wi-Fi access point. Check the documentation below for more info.

iPad's require staff EDU user login (first_last + password). Usually an iPad not connecting is due is to a teacher changing their password and not updating the password on the iPad.
You may need to forget the ONE WiFi from the list then reconnect with your EDU details.
