Student wellbeing is a priority.

We know how important our own wellbeing is, and sometimes this can get lost in our day to day business. Here are some resources for families to support wellbeing and mindfulness.


The Education Directorate has collated information and resources to help support you and your family’s wellbeing.

Thrive Inside is a special COVID-19 initiative to help you proactively support your psychological wellbeing while you're spending extended periods of time at home.


In general, these tools are most suitable for those aged 12 years and over. You should consider the appropriateness of these tools for your child.

For students in ACT Public Schools

If your ACT public school children and young people require extra help and assistance, our school psychologists area available to provide support through telehealth. To access the service, a booking request may be made via an online form or by calling 6205 1559 between 9:00am and 4:30pm.
