Resource Highlight: Gale in Context

This amazing and user-friendly database has so many great features! Here's why we love it:

Reading levels make articles easy to differentiate for all learners! Take a look in the upper left corner to see what reading levels are available.
Text mainpulation! Users can make font larger or smaller, bolder, choose to have the article read aloud, and even translate an article into the user's language of choice. Talk about accessible!
Student choice! Students can access information in a variety of formats, including articles, books, images, news, videos, and more.

Check out the titles in our library that support your curriculum, including math and science! Below you'll find some suggestions, but you can always search on the catalog for more specific topics and subjects. Not finding what you're looking for? Ask a library staff member!

Need a last-minute read aloud? Want to add more choices of books for scholars to read without paying a dime on your class library? Want reading options that accommodate student needs, including font mainpulation (try out the dyslexia font for easier text tracking!), audiobooks, and read-alongs? Follow these steps to set up your account to read books online. The best part: you can't lose them, damage them, or keep them until they're overdue! No fuss ebooks with many features to help your emerging and beginning readers.
