Hello family and friends of the Drama and Speech Department!  We have a very exciting year ahead! We have already begun preparations for our Fall musical, Newsies, that will take place November 8 - 9.  Immediately following, we will begin the 2026 Speech season!  We hope to see as much success as we have in the past few years! We are so proud of our work and we couldn’t do any of this without your support!  

Full-scale productions like our musical have many costs (professional backing tracks, costumes, props, materials for set, etc.) Success in speech comes at a price as well (registrations for contests at each level, music, scripts, props, etc.)  Refer to the back of this letter for more details in expected costs this year.  

We are asking our biggest fans to consider supporting us financially to help offset some of these costs.  Any amount is greatly appreciated! In return for your generosity, we will recognize you in all of our programs throughout the year.
