Work-based learning students are placed throughout the community and working hard! We have over 75 students enrolled in 100+ sections of WBL this year, so you may see them out in various parts of the community. Each of these students is receiving valuable experience in career fields that they are interested in!
Our goal is to continue expanding out WBL opportunities and enrollment to reach more students and areas of the community. If you or your organization is interested in hosting WBL students or would like to learn more, please reach out!
A glimpse into the work and experiences for EHS intern Lindzie Swecker working with Main Street Elizabethton and Mrs. Courtney Bean.
One of the newest opportunities our students have is with
Main Street Elizabethton and the City of Elizabethton.
Student interns, like Lindzie Swecker, are working alongside city leaders to learn about our community and how they can make an impact.
We appreciate the opportunities and support partners like Main Street provide our students!
Look out for more information on current partners and featured opportunities for EHS students!
