Playing games while targeting your speech!
Find some dice and take turns saying a target word the number of times that comes up on the dice. Each person then receives that many “points.” Keep a tally and declare a winner at the end!
Pull out a board game (checkers, Candyland, Sorry, etc.) or a puzzle and have your child say a target word 5 times before taking a turn or adding a piece to the puzzle.
Here's a great website with word lists.
**Bonus: Send me a picture of you playing. I would love to see!

4. Draw lines connecting the top and bottom of your first line to your dots on each side.

May Graphic Design project
If you can.......view my videos on Mrs. Pilchers' web site.
Otherwise, follow these directions.
1. Open up your cereal box at the glued seams so you can flip it inside out.
2. Pretend you're working for a cereal company and have to think of a new cereal and design the box.
3. Cut paper to fit each side of your box and draw a rough draft with pencil of your cereal box design.
2nd week of May: Color your cereal box.
4. If you're going to use paint or markers, draw your design on the box with pencil first, and then color it.
5. If you're going to use crayons or colored pencils, trace your design on paper first, color your paper,
then glue your papers onto the box.
6. Glue your box back together (inside out). After it dries, put any art papers you've done at home into your
box and bring everything to school when we come back next school year.
