This is a link to helpful resources regarding online learning and using google classroom:
You are expected to login to our Google Classroom during the assigned period, using your own personal computer or the school issued chromebook computer.
Treat others the way you want to be treated.
RESPECT your teachers, your peers, the property of the classroom, & the history we are going to study.
Come to class on time, prepared, & ready to work.
BE ON TIME: Be in your seat when the bell rings. If you are late, quietly sign in.
PREPARED: Come with a pencil/pen and or chromebook.
READY TO WORK: Start your warm up as soon as class begins.
Remain cooperative & attentive throughout class (PARTICIPATE).
Adhere to all school rules and codes of conduct.
If you are late &/or absent, you are responsible for getting the missed work outside of class time.
It is expected that each and every student acts in a respectful way towards both teachers and students. Because we have a lot to learn, we do not have time for interruptions and distractions. If you cause an interruption to our learning environment, you will be given one warning. If the problem occurs a second time, you will be fined. If the problem continues you will be asked to leave the classroom, a referral will be written and your parents contacted.
I would also like to remind everyone that all school rules will be followed in my classroom including:
No Food (except water)
No Hats/Hoods
No Unauthorized Electronic Devices (Automatic Confiscation)
Three times late to class = automatic referral
Warning (unless your actions are harmful to your peers or it is a repeated offense)
Contact Parents
Administrative Referral
I believe communication is the key to universal classroom success, so If you have any questions or concerns always voice them to me so we can come up with a solution to the issue at hand. My job is to make sure you're successful and I cannot do that if I do not know how to help you, so this is very important!
